Standard SMTP and IMAP — keep your clients and move your mailboxes whenever you want.
Hosted suites bill you per user, every month — and your mail lives on their servers, under their rules.
One license per server, not per person. Onboard a whole team without watching a per-seat bill climb month after month.
Mail and attachments stay on hardware you choose, where you choose — a cleaner GDPR and confidentiality story for clients and auditors.
Standard SMTP and IMAP. Use Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or the built-in webmail. Your mailboxes are yours to move, anytime.
Polozhevets fits organizations where email privacy, cost control, and data ownership genuinely matter.
Client confidentiality and privilege mean sensitive mail can't sit on a third party's servers. Keep it in-house, in your jurisdiction.
When auditors ask where the data lives, point to your own server — not a shared cloud you can't inspect.
Hiring quickly? A flat per-server license means onboarding ten people costs the same as onboarding one.
You want root access, not a locked-down control panel. Deploy on your own infrastructure and own the whole stack.
Moving off Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? Get the same mailboxes without the data mining or the per-seat meter.
One predictable annual cost beats a per-user subscription that scales against you as the team grows.
A full mail stack — no add-ons to buy, no integrations to stitch together.
Send and receive over all the standard, encrypted mail ports with STARTTLS and implicit TLS. Connect any mail client your team already uses.
A clean, fast browser client for reading, composing, searching, and organizing mail — nothing to install on every device.
Per-user Bayesian filtering, RBL checks, and SPF/DKIM verification — plus phishing detection for spoofed domains, lookalike senders, and credential-harvesting links.
Auto-generated DKIM, SPF, and DMARC with copy-paste DNS records, so your mail lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder.
Encrypted connections with auto-renewing certificates, plus per-IP and per-account rate limiting that shuts down password-guessing attacks.
Manage users and mailboxes, view DNS configuration, and monitor the server from a single dashboard.
A single command brings the whole stack up on any Linux server — ARM64 or x86 — so you're live in minutes.
A built-in deliverability score continuously checks the signals inboxes care about — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS, and blocklists — and tells you exactly what to fix.
Spin up the containers on any Linux VPS. TLS certificates are issued and renewed for you automatically.
Copy the generated MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records from the admin panel into your DNS provider.
Create user accounts, connect any email client or use the built-in web interface.
A flat annual license per server — host as many people as your plan allows, with no monthly per-user bill. All prices excl. VAT.
The same mailboxes, without the per-seat meter — and your data stays yours.

What you need to run Polozhevets Mail Server.
Yes. The admin panel generates DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records with copy-paste values for your DNS provider, and outbound mail is signed automatically. Once your DNS is set and your server has a clean IP and reverse DNS, you get the same deliverability footing as any properly configured mail host.
Absolutely. Polozhevets speaks standard SMTP and IMAP, so any mail client connects the same way it would to any provider. There's also a built-in webmail client for browser access with nothing to install.
Connections are encrypted with TLS (STARTTLS and implicit TLS) using auto-renewing certificates. Logins are protected by per-IP and per-account rate limiting to stop password-guessing, and inbound mail runs through Bayesian spam filtering, RBL checks, SPF/DKIM verification, and phishing detection.
Entirely on the server you deploy to — mail, attachments, and accounts never leave your infrastructure. You choose the host and the jurisdiction, which keeps your GDPR and confidentiality story simple.
Deployment is a single command on any Linux VPS (ARM64 or x86), and TLS certificates are issued and renewed automatically. Most of the elapsed time is DNS propagation after you paste in the records the admin panel generates for you.
Move up a tier for more mailboxes or domains — there's no migration, just a license change. Because everything is built on open standards, you're never locked in, and Enterprise licensing is available for multiple instances and SLAs.
No. The defaults are production-ready and the admin panel walks you through users and DNS. You do need a server, a domain, and the ability to add DNS records — and our team can help you get the first deployment right.
